Condolances - lovely photograph.
Its the fallen foliage from New England. For me, its a beautiful but somewhat sad season with trees going bare ....
It is very sad to lose a friend. The remembrance photo is very beautiful; so it is in a way a sad time when nature goes for a sleep.
Listening to Eva Cassidy's rendition of Autumn Leaves brings me back repeatedly ....
